When we decided we wanted to build a mountain golf community on Lake Hartwell, we knew that we would have to do it right. The North Georgia Mountains are a beautiful place. And we don't want to do anything to take away from that. That's why we're creating a mountain golf community that offers lakeview and Hartwell lake front property that blends seamlessly with the surroundings.

The architecture takes cues from the natural landscape and the homes are built with materials that complement it. The same hills, mountains and valleys that surround Lake Hartwell have stood here for centuries changing slowly through the years, shaped by wind and water. That's why Jim Fazio designed a mountain golf course that takes advantage of the natural contours of the area. And that's why we will always respect and protect the hardwood forests that surround us. Centuries ago, the Creeks and Cherokees chose to live here for a reason. And we will always respect and honor those reasons.
